Sung Hak Lee has more than 10 years of experiences in financial statements audits, due diligence, internal control related advisory services, and CFO/Controller outsourcing projects. He is currently serving subsidiaries of Korean multi-national corporations, and medium-to-large local businesses. Prior to Joining LEK Partners, he performed financial statement audits for international companies at KPMG and Warren Averett, LLC.

Sung Han Park is a Certified Public Accountant (A member of AICPA and KICPA) and a partner at LEK Partners. He has over 10 years of experiences at Ernst & Young Korea and LG Electronics with experiences of an assurance engagement, due diligence, K-IFRS conversion and business consulting (Cost analysis) and has comprehensive experiences in construction and private equity (Venture Capital). He had engaged in major companies such as Korean Air, CJ Logistics, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), Sungwon construction, etc.

Beomjin Kim is a Certified Public Accountant of the United States and Korea. He also holds a Masters degree in Accounting. He has over 10 years of experiences at Samil PWC in Korea and public accounting firms in the U.S. His work experience includes advising financial investors in evaluating and executing investments especially for flow-through entities such as Real Estate Investment Trust(REIT). He also conducted feasibility study in acquisition of commercial, retail, logistics and mixed-use real estate properties. He has performed financial statement assurance and due diligence for clients in automobile manufacturing, chemical, recycling and real estate development industry.
